Murshidabad: West Bengal minister Jakir Hossain on Wednesday (February 17, 2021) sustained severe accidents after crude bombs have been hurled at him within the Murshidabad district.
Jakir Hussain, who’s the minister of state for labour, was attacked in Murshidabad’s Raghunathganj when he was on his strategy to Nimtita Railway station to catch a practice to Kolkata.
The minister was then rushed to Jangipur Hospital and as per newest stories, he’s now being shifted to a hospital in Kolkata.
A minimum of two different individuals who have been with him have been additionally reportedly injured within the incident.
In the meantime, Union Minister Piyush Goyal, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar and Nationwide Common Secretary of BJP Kailash Vijayvargiya condemned the assault.
Goyal took to his official Twitter account and wished fast restoration of the injured.
